• Psalm 119:11: Keeps us from sin.
• Psalm 119:105: Lights the path before us.
• Psalm 119:9: Cleanses us from sin.
• Hebrews 4:12: Powerful as a sword; reaches deep into our heart.
• 1 Peter 1:23; John 17:17: Sanctifies us (makes us like Jesus).”
• John 20:31: That you may believe.
• Romans 15:4: For our learning and gives us hope.
• 2 Timothy 2:15: Endeavour to cultivate and improve your heart and mind.

HOW TO READ AND STUDY THE BIBLE.

• Nehemiah 8:8: Pronounce every word distinctly, giving the sense.
• Luke 10:26: Jesus stresses the reading of scriptures as on what they contained.
• Isaiah 28:10: Keep all scripture in context.
• 2 Timothy 2:7: Considering truth can give you understanding.
• Daniel 10:11: "Understand the words that I speak unto thee."
• Matthew 28:20: Teach what Christ has commanded.
• 2 Timothy 4:2: Preach the Word.
• Revelation 22:18: Proverbs 30:5,6: No one is to add to, or take from, the words of God.
• Jeremiah 23:28: Man's words are but chaff when compared with the words of God.
